Objective: People who have higher social health can more successfully deal WITH the challenges and ups and downs of playing key social roles and participate more in collective activities and prevent social deviations and anomalies. In this regard, foresight and the development of a forward-looking strategy model by the MEDIA can play an important role in promoting the social health of their audience (individuals).Method: This research has been done qualitatively and quantitatively. In the qualitative phase, content analysis and Q methods were used, and in the quantitative phase, factor analysis was used to analyze the Q method data.Results: The content analysis of the MEDIA in this study showed that the most MEDIA production in the field of social deviations WITH 576 cases and the lowest MEDIA production in the field of violence WITH 237 cases. The field of social quality WITH 485 and the field of social issues WITH 312 cases are in the second and third ranks. A small questionnaire was made and based on it, the desired model was designed using PLS software. Conclusion: This model showed that the function of MEDIA is effective in promoting social health of society and can have the greatest impact on improving quality of life, reducing violence, reducing social deviations and social issues.

Purpose: The present research aimed at finding an answer to the question of the process of influence of cyberspace on Iranian Poetry in the future, and the influence of cyberspace on various aspects of poetry such as content, its audience, the poet, the MEDIA that published the poem, the process of composing the poem, the rights of the author, and Globalization of the Iranian poetry. Method: The Delphi technique was used to carry out this research. A group of experts comprising professors in the fields of COMMUNICATION and Literature was selected. The expert’s opinions were collected and analyzed through an in-depth interview, a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, and by the execution of three stages of Delphi rounds. Findings: Accordingly, considering the content, the experts predicted that due to the impact of cyberspace, the quality of the poetry will be reduced and consequently, the language of poetry will become simpler and close to prose and it will only reflect the daily events of life. Regarding the audience, they concluded that the audience’s selection power will be increased, however, we can differentiate between the public and professional audience. WITH respect to the sender, there will be no phenomenon of multi authors, and regarding the channel, the experts agreed upon MEDIA Convergence besides, the poets’ agency in publishing their own poems will be increased. Conclusion: Experts believe that the spread of COMMUNICATION technologies will make censorship ineffective. This is the only case in which the group believes in the impact of technology on the future of poetry. The group of experts did not reach a consensus regarding the impact of technology on the phenomena such as publication of author’s poems as one’s original work and the Globalization of Iranian poetry, thus, analyzed these items in the framework of the human agency.

This article is a review of the trajectory of the concept of COMMUNICATION through academic teachings in Iran.First studies in this field were based on the two terms of "mass COMMUNICATION means" and "MEDIA". The first was accepted by late Dr. Mo'tamed-Nezhad and the latter was accepted by late Dr. Majid Tehranian. This difference in the choosing of the words did not come solely from a difference on the hardware and the COMMUNICATION technologies; it's also related to social aspects of language and the way terms are filled WITH meanings. The word equivalent to "MEDIA" in Farsi was filled WITH meanings that didn’t exist in Farsi before. The study uses the related history and documents to explore the evolution of the concepts through the works of Mo'tamed-Nezhad and Tehranian who were both the founders of COMMUNICATION studies in Iran. Referring to the foundation of the Faculty of COMMUNICATION Sciences and the launch of the quarterly journal of "New MEDIA Studies", I will discuss the new expectation from the science of COMMUNICATION and the new MEDIA. I will do a comparative historical work to argue that in the study of new MEDIA, both hardware and software evolutions in the field of MEDIA and COMMUNICATION should be considered.

COMMUNICATION policies are a set of principles and norms formulated to guide the performance of the information and COMMUNICATION systems. Today, any policy-making in MEDIA organizations requires that other COMMUNICATION areas be fully considered. The present paper mainly concerns the strategies adopted by the National MEDIA in modern COMMUNICATION MEDIA policies and the study aims to identify the most important strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the National MEDIA in this regard and to formulate the appropriate operational strategies for the policy. In this study, a qualitative-quantitative method based on SWOT Analysis Matrix through purposive interviews WITH 12 MEDIA experts and policy makers of this MEDIA was adopted to examine the related policies. In total, 12 strengths and opportunities have been identified as advantages and 11 weaknesses and threats as constraints. A score of 2. 43 of the evaluation matrix of the internal factors and a score of 2. 49 of the evaluation matrix of the external factors show that weaknesses of the National MEDIA policy-making on modern MEDIA outnumber its strengths, WITH the future threats which overshadow the opportunities, accordingly, some defensive strategies (WT) for tackling these threats have also been presented.

The world is embroiled in a pandemic of a new coronavirus at the end of 2019 and early in 2020, WITH such a large scale that it has severely involved the political, economic, and social systems in most countries around the world. The scale of the crisis is so widespread that many experts believe that the post-corona world will be substantially different from the pre-corona world. In the face of this massive epidemic, how people perceive risk and how to risk is communicated, plays a central role in deciding and choosing people's behavior. Fighting WITH this emerging phenomenon requires mobilizing all the possibilities of society and helping all people in the field of empathy and altruism. In this article, we briefly review aspects of the important concept of risk perception and COMMUNICATION in this pervasive crisis.

Background and Objectives: Crisis is an event which occurs all of a sudden, and is a serious threat for to infrastructures and/or basic values and norms of a system which requires rapid reaction. Taking consideration the role of COMMUNICATION and information providing during crisis, the present research aims at finding ways to access ways of COMMUNICATION during crises.Method: The present study, reviews the results of COMMUNICATION during crises through searching in valid electronic databases such as SID and Magiran, and through using keywords review articles and works of crisis experts, and some of them selected.Findings: Crisis management system should focus on providing information to the public and officials during the crisis, before and after it, and try to implement projects proportionate WITH crisis conditions.Conclusion: There are two approaches for combating and controlling crisis: direct and indirect. In both of the approaches crisis managers should keep in touch WITH all the concerned and affected parties, i.e. the public and crisis control managers. While disclosing the nature of rioters, crisis managers should ensure them that they will control the conditions and should try to encourage them to cooperate WITH them. Meanwhile, they should make the rioters convinced to either WITHdraw or adjust their requests and approaches.

Over the last century and more, since the rise of commercial MEDIA industries inthe late nineteenth and early twentieth century, there have been many hopes thatvarious new COMMUNICATION technologies would change information, knowledge and COMMUNICATION for the better.In the period following the Second world war, computers became a new basis forsuch utopian hopes, because of the possibility that their potentially vast storageand processing capacities would make it much easier for large numbers of peopleto access massive bodies of information, cheaply and conveniently, therebydemocratizing knowledge – in the sense of broadening its availability. The rapid development of computers in the post-war era was fuelled bygovernment expenditure on research in an era where the uSA-led world of ‘liberaldemocracies’ and the Soviet union-led bloc of Communist countries competed forsupremacy. As early as the 1950s and 1960s, it seemed clear that computers wouldtransform societies and economies, and this generated a flurry of theories andpredictions concerning transitions towards ‘the information society’ or ‘theknowledge economy’

According to the ethno-cultural diversity, many educational and MEDIA basis in Iranian society are needed, in order to make good and healthy COMMUNICATION, in addition to the calm and peaceful interpersonal interaction. Cultural intolerance among diverse ethnics might cause to conflict, opposition, and discrimination and thus some negative affects on the majority beside the ethnic and religious minorities. Therefore, education, especially primary education in the age in which ethical and cultural schemas and assertions are shaped, is really important. This kind of intercultural instruction makes individuals aware of cultural differences and internalizes culture of tolerance. The educational system, which is based on justice and mutual respect, causes also to cultural dynamism and flexibility. Indeed, in this study, we attempt to reflect on the Constitution, as the basis of respect to minority (religious and ethnic); besides two cultural institutions, education and MEDIA, as the director in intercultural COMMUNICATION. Considered factors are the good citizenship, effective law system, and recognizing citizen rights.
